Returns And Refunds

Every item description has an individual Return Policy. If a Return has to be made before the Return Policy Expiration Date.  Please contact us at 201.357.5321 Please provide us with your order number, your name, shipping address, and a brief reason for your return or exchange. Your purchase price will be refunded (minus shipping costs) via the original method of payment. Please understand that refunds will be submitted within 2 business days of approval however, your credit card company may take between 7-21 business days to process your refund. (We apologize, however, the individual credit card company policies vary and are beyond our control.)

Damaged in Shipping:

If your merchandise is damaged in shipping please save all packing material and contact us within 24 hours. We recommend that you contact us via e-mail at Sales.ReUSAElectronicsAndMore@gmail.com and include your full name, order number, and a description of the damaged merchandise. You must save all packing material in the condition which it was received. Once you notify us of the damage, we will contact you and begin the claim process with the shipping company. Please allow 10 business days for UPS to pick up the damage merchandise from you. If after 10 business days have passed and UPS has not picked up the damaged item, please contact us to let us know that there is a delay. After the UPS has picked up the damaged item(s) we will have to wait for UPS to complete their damage claim investigation and respond back to us in reference to your damaged item(s) and then we will be able to reship your order.

Defective Merchandise or Incorrect Item(s) received:

If you receive defective merchandise or an incorrect item please save all packing material and contact us within 24 hours. We recommend that you contact us via e-mail at Sales.ReUSAElectronicsAndMore@gmail.com and include your full name and order number. Please return item to us with insurance and confirmation.Reimbursement for return shipping will be credited by mail for Refunds and Cancellation of reshipment ONLY. No reimbursement for reshipping new item(s)

Payments

Credit Card Payments:

Currently we accept major credit cards and paypal. You can pay with your credit or debit card. You do not have to open an account with Paypal in order to use your credit card.

Shipping Methods And Time Frames

Most of our merchandise is shipped within 1-2 business days from the time your order is fully processed. (Please allow 2 business days for processing.)  If you require an expedited order, please e-mail us. If at all possible we will be happy to accommodate you.

We ship USPS for most items with a shipping weight of 1lbs. or less. We ship UPS Ground and Parcel Post for most shipments over 1 lbs.
